appurgent_468x60-animation

What a beautiful April we have been having! We sure run the gamut of weird weather here in the High Country with our cold spell this past week, plus we are in for more according to Ray’s Weather.com. However, the scenery around the Boone area is just gorgeous! It makes you want to get out and experience the gentle breeze, rays of bright sunshine, and the smell of flowers and April showers.

Here are some family-friendly fun activities to do all around Watauga County and the surrounding areas. You’ll find things to do like a Fun Kids night, viewing the world from up on top of a mountain, taking in one of the biggest shows in the county, walking for a great cause and more. Find yourself ready and willing to step into Spring with all of these great happenings!
