December Weekend Events: Merry CHRISTmas…and remember the Reason for the Season! 12/24-27

“FOR UNTO US A CHILD IS BORN”…….. Merry CHRISTmas! I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and is able to remember the true meaning of why we even have Christmas…to celebrate the birth of Jesus! It is so easy to get caught up in the frenzy of the holidays, but some ways to celebrate Jesus is to take in a Christmas play or Cantata at a local church, come together as a family and sing some Christmas Hymns, read the Christmas story from the Bible, and of course bless others with gifts that express your love to them. These are all wonderful ways to express the excitement of this Holiday, also make sure to take in this week’s  activities with your family. With all of the snow we’ve just had, how much fun would it be to go skiing as a family? Above all else though, remember Jesus is The Reason For The Season, so share the Love!

Last Chance Visit with Santa is on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24th. Also, make sure to check out Keri’s and her husband’s new website, www.timespasttoys.com for their Wooden Toy and Home Decor business, Heavenly Creations Decor, currently under construction, so please pardon their cyber dust. Even so, this will give you a look at some of the products they have to offer and who they are. They are constantly adding new inventory as well. Here is a current item being offered: A Hand-Painted  Santa & Snowman Basket…can be used to hold scented Pinecones, Jams & Jellies for that special gift, or any number of ideas.

Keri and her husband look forward to hearing from you and you are more than welcome to give  helpful hints as to making the website better and more user friendly. They  will soon be including links for area businesses selling Times Past Toys and Heavenly Creations Decor products and such.
