Tina has always worked hard at everything she has done, she has such a caring heart that I knew she would do okay when she said she was going to open the diner, she always thinks about other people first before she thinks about herself, I just hope with the way the economy is that she will be okay, she has set her prices for her customers, when she talks about her customers she does it with a smile, to her they are family.

My family went to Blue Ridge Diner on Valentines Day, Tina's special that day was awesome sirloin tips, baked potatoe, salad, homemade desserts prepared beautifully, and a drink for 8.00 I could not believe it, I could not of gotten a better meal if I had went to OutBack, and the price was unreal my family will go back several times, good food, good company, what else can a person ask for. If you haven't been, you need to go.
