Equip Baseball at Mount Vernon, Registration Deadline Friday

YouRec is a ministry of Mount Vernon Church in Boone, which includes Equip Sports. Equip offers a positive sports league with a Christian World-View.  The registration for the first session of Baseball and T-Ball in due this Friday, April 2.  The $45 registration fee includes a cap, t-shirt, trophy, and Hickory Crawdads End-of-Season Banquet.  Scholarships are available.Urec Baseball

The purposes of Equip Ministries, according to the program, are:

  • Be kind to player and family
  • Build character
  • Positive and uplifting
  • Set clear and reachable goals
  • Teach basic skills in a safe and caring way
  • Demonstrate sportsmanship
  • Always Have Fun

12UKid Pitch (age 12 and under) begins Monday, April 19 at 5:30 PM.  Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturday Mornings

8U Machine Pitch (ages 8 and under) begins Tuesday, April 27 at 5:30 PM.  Tuesdays and Saturday Mornings.

6U T-Ball (ages 6 and under) begins Tuesday April 27 at 5:30 PM.  Tuesdays and Saturday Mornings.
