Giveaway & Special Coupon Code for Disney On Ice in Charlotte!

I have to admit, I have never been to a Disney on Ice event! But with three little princesses in the house, I have known it would be inevitable some day.  My girls and I adore watching ice skating, and they love the Princesses, so it’s really a no-brainer!  I have one question about figure skating: Why do they always put it on TV opposite a NCAA basketball game!?  Do they want my husband and I to have strife in our marriage? I mean, really!

  1. Belle is my favorite princess because that’s also my youngest daughters nickname. And go figure, she’s got that fiesty streak like Belle!

  3. Mulan, because she isn’t a helpless female waiting for a man to come rescue her. 🙂

  5. My favorite princess is Cinderella. Always has been! I think it’s the whole castle and Prince Charming thing. I mean wouldn’t that be nice!?

  7. My daughter’s favorite Disney character is The Little Mermaid. She just loves Ariel and has always loved The Little Mermaid (in addition to many of the other Disney characters). Since I’m a good mom and always put my kids first, I’ll say The Little Mermaid is my favorite because it is my daughter’s favorite. We would love to win Disney on Ice tickets & see all of the Disney characters. It sounds like a great show!

  11. Oooh, I just love the princess’. My favorite is Belle, although Ariel holds a special place in my heart, since she and I used to be close friends in my WDW days! And my daughter would go ga-ga over this prize! She went crazy just seeing the in this post!

  13. Gosh, I hardly remember all of them with all the boys in the house. I’d say Jasmine is my favorite!

  14. Cinderella – because my mom used to read this book to me when I was little. I wore off the cover because I loved it so much!

  15. My favorite princess is Belle. She’s been my favorite since I was little, and I loved when my little girl was addicted. She uses her brain to solve problems, which I must say is pretty consistent throughout the princess movies, and is a great lesson to teach.

  21. I’m smiling and chuckling out loud imagining my little princess seeing the characters come out. She would AB SO LUTE LY FLIP OUT. Even if I don’t win, thank you for letting us know this is coming because we might just have to make a Charlotte run overnight for this occasion. My favorite was always Cinderella (cause I liked her little mice friends) but my daughter’s (she’s 2.5) is without question Ariel. She has a mermaid outfit that she demands to wear almost daily to dress up and when you ask her what a mermaid says, she replies with the “ahhhhhhhhhhhhhaahaaaaaaa ahhhhhhaaaaahaaaaaa” that you are know singing in your own mind while reading this.

  25. Cinderella is my favorite. she is an example of how someone who is a the bottom or the ladder can excel to the top . She went from scrubbing floors on her hands and knees to living in a castle. How cool is that!

My family lives in Charlotte and loves Disney. My daughter and I particularly love the rags to riches tale of Cinderella, our favorite Princess. Who can resist a tale with a Prince, a Castle, a fairy godmother, animal friends and a happily ever after ending? We love to watch the movie and read the Cinderella book and would love to see her in Disney’s latest Disney on Ice show. We don’t have a fairy godmother so we will just have to rely on good ole luck to win some tickets to this fantastic show.

  34. Luke Miller says:

I would love to take my children to this. They would love it.
While not favorite, my daughter loves Cinderella with all of her heart.

    Good luck to everyone!

  35. I love Aurora in Sleeping Beauty. It has always been my fav since I was a little girl. Don’t know if it was the beautiful flowing blond hair, the fairies, or the dragon. Wait.. It’s the Kiss. It’s always the Kiss!

  43. Favorite Princess…tough one maybe snow white. Who wouldn’t want to be fairest in the land, apparently a lot of folks b/c of the success of tanning beds! My princesses would get a kick out of this show. Saw the ice skating show at Carowinds (quite in interesting with a stage covered in ice and lots of skaters on a tiny space)but they still liked it. This would be BIG TIME!

  45. My little princess Gabrielle loves Ariel. She has refused to cut her hair because she wants her hair to grow long like Ariels. She tells people when her hair gets as long as Ariel’s hair she will turn into a mermaid. She would love to see the Disney on Ice performance. She loves all the princesses and she loves ice skating.

My favorite princess is Cinderella. I love the fact that she came from having nothing and was treated badly to getting the Prince and living happily ever after.
