For all my gluten-free friends, be sure & check Ingles on-line sales pages or in store for a number of GLUTEN FREE items on sale this week including: Bob’s Red Mill, Glutino, Food Should Taste Good, Kettle Chips, and another 1/2 page of General Mills Items:  Chex cereals, fruit rollups, yoplait yogurt and Betty Crocker baking mixes…..Stock up!!
