Green Mamas: Electronics Recycling and Hazardous Waste Disposal

Our resident “Green Mama,” Anna Lynch sent this to us via ASU professor Todd Mortensen. This event only happens about twice a year.

Recycle your old electronics on the ELECTRONICS RECYCLING DAY. Watauga County Landfill
336 Landfill Road on Friday, May 30 from 9:00 a.m.—2:00 p.m.

All ELECTRONICS – computers, monitors, printers, computer accessories, laptops, televisions, VCR/DVD players, phones, fax machines, etc.

HouseHold Hazardous Waste Disposal day on Sat the 31st, in conjunction with this other event.
Same place and time, includes: paint, batteries, antifreeze, gas, oils, cleaners, etc.
