UPDATE: The start of the Kids in the Kitchen program has been postponed, due to snow.  The first day will be Monday, February 27. There is still plenty of time to sign up!

—————————————————————————

Kids in the Kitchen is a new after school program in the High Country. Chetola Resort has teamed up with EarthFare in Boone to offer healthy cooking classes, nutrition information, active fun, and even guided homework time! Earth Fare will be providing all the food for the cooking classes, and will do a couple of healthy snack demos for the kids as well.

Parents get a huge perk while your child is enrolled in the program. Parents can come workout and use Chetola’s pool/jacuzzi/sauna facilities for a special drop in rate of only $7 while their kids are in the program. That’s a great deal! The whole family benefits from access to the Chetola pool and rec area on Snow Days and Teacher Work Days!
