April Weekend Events: April Showers and I’m Not Fooling Around! 04/1-3

It’s April Fool’s Day or tomorrow that is! Have you had a practical joke played on you today or this week? Hopefully you found it funny and had a great sense of humor! I like jokes and such, but don’t like some of the ones my kids like to play on me such as placing fake spiders or bugs on the floor to see if I will scream. You know, those really aren’t that funny!!! And then, since we have a dog…(Spoiler: this is kinda gross, sorry), I don’t know where my kids got this, but they found fake dog poop…I know Ewwww!!! That was not fun when I thought it was real and was yelling.

Ok, ok, I’ll stop, hehe! Anyways, on to other things – I thought we were supposed to be having Spring. I was so looking forward to spring-like weather, sunshine, etc. However, what we have gotten this week is no joke and I’m not fooling around! We’ve had April Showers, but let’s look at the positive, they are supposed to bring May Flowers.

This weekend, even if it is not the Spring-like weather we all would like to have, let’s get out and enjoy the weekend anyway. We can pretend right? Tell us how you are planning your weekend!
