April/May Weekend Events: Get Into the Spring of Things! 04/29-05/01

Hope you all are having a wonderful Spring Break and enjoying our beautiful weather! Have you ever smelled the flowers from a Lilac bush? Oh my do they smell heavenly! A friend of mine brought some to church last week, and it was so refreshing, bringing wonderful thoughts of warm spring days and cool nights, flowers blooming and the sun shining.

I don’t know about you, but it makes me want to get outside more and take in the sights. This is my favorite time of year where we are planting our gardens and flowers, even doing some spring cleaning. These kinds of activities help me to “Get Into the Spring of Things”! Do they help you? What are some of your favorite Spring activities?

Here are some weekend events to bring on more of this beautiful Spring time events and happenings. All of them right here in the High Country!
