December Weekend Events: Merry CHRISTmas…and remember the Reason for the Season! 12/24-27

“FOR UNTO US A CHILD IS BORN”…….. Merry CHRISTmas! I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and is able to remember the true meaning of why we even have Christmas…to celebrate the birth of Jesus! It is so easy to get caught up in the frenzy of the holidays, but some ways to celebrate Jesus is to take in a Christmas play or Cantata at a local church, come together as a family and sing some Christmas Hymns, read the Christmas story from the Bible, and of course bless others with gifts that express your love to them. These are all wonderful ways to express the excitement of this Holiday, also make sure to take in this week’s  activities with your family. With all of the snow we’ve just had, how much fun would it be to go skiing as a family? Above all else though, remember Jesus is The Reason For The Season, so share the Love!
