Help Blowing Rock Art & History Museum celebrate African-American history month with this inspiring exploration of the lives and work of notable Abolitionists and slaves from America’s Underground Railroad, brought to you by Bright Star Touring Theatre from Asheville, NC. The show provides a fundamental historical context of the time period, while recreating the lives and work of several prominent and nearly forgotten heroes. The show seeks to inspire young audiences with the stories of everyday Americans who stood up for their beliefs and worked to make our world a better place.

Best suited for grades 2 through adult. Doors open at 1:30 pm and seating is first come first serve.
