May Weekend Events: Happy Memorial Day Weekend! 05/25-27

Happy Memorial Weekend to you all! Let’s celebrate those who have given their lives and service for our freedoms.

In addition, this week has had lots of Graduations going on all around the High Country, so Congratulations to all those that have graduated, including my twins with their 8th grade graduation at Blowing Rock Elementary School! And now, I have High Schoolers…Oh my! A new adventure awaits for many of us as we head into Summer.

This adventure is not just the Summer season, but moving into new phases of life. As I stated last week with my daughter going to the 8th grade dance, we are heading full force into a new way of thinking, one of making the most out each moment because they go so fast. This weekend has some wonderful things to do, activities that will stimulate your mind, invigorate your senses, and refresh your body. Let’s get out there and make some memories!
