RDU Tennis Camp at Chetola Open to All!

Last year, my daughter (8years old at the time) had her first forray into the game of Tennis!  She attended RDU Tennis Camp at Chetola Resort last year, and absolutely loved it!  As soon as it started to get warm this year, she got out her tennis racket and placed it beside her bed, asking if she could play tennis again this summer!RDU Tennis Camp

Well, RDU Tennis Camp at Chetola is back again this summer! This time, they will be running three sessions from Chetola Resort in Blowing Rock, so you can choose a time that’s convenient for you.  RDU Tennis Camp provides Tennis Camps and Instruction for facilities without a resident Tennis Pro throughout North Carolina!

Their philosophy for their week-long tennis camp is to provide an all-around “Summer Camp” experience, with a tennis focus.  So the children will swim, play games, and have fun outdoors, in addition to working their tennis skills.  And lunch is included!! So you don’t have to worry about rushing to pack a lunch on the way out the door in the morning!  That is a BIG deal for me, especially if you know that I usually run late in the mornings… ahem.

I admit, we had not thought of signing up for a camp at Chetola before last year, because we perceived that it was for the guests only.  Of course, they pamper their guests well, but they are here for the entire community as well!  In fact, they recently opened the Spa at Chetola, open to the public, with lots of different treatments!  The Spa at Chetola has offered RDU Tennis Camp parents 10 % off a treatment while your child is at camp!
