Watauga County Library Happenings in February!

While the weather outside may be frightful, it is quite delightful inside the Watauga Country Library this month.

There are different story times each week. Pick which time is right for your family:

Family Story Time: Every day at 11:00 am

Join in for a joyful celebration of children and their literature on the story steps. Stories, songs, rhymes and crafts are designed for ages 2 to 6.

Baby Lap Time: Every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 am

For the youngest readers, an emphasis on fun and early literacy skills based around pictures, letters and rhymes. Recommended for ages 2 and under.

Alphabet Ready By 5: Mondays at 11 AM

For children working on their letters and sounds, we are starting a new storytime. This program is designed around a single letter of the alphabet, and focuses on pre-reading and early literacy skills while keeping kids entertained! Join us each Monday at 11 AM to celebrate a different letter!
