Wee Cycle Consignment Sale Starts Thursday!

The Wee Cycle Fall Consignment sale is finally here! Just like always, you can find everything from kids’ clothes, to toys, cribs, books, shoes, maternity, and MORE!  This year, Wee Cycle will also feature new items from local vendors, contests, and lots of fun!

The sale will run Thursday August 19- Saturday August 28, 10AM – 7PM daily (closed Sundays). Remember the NEW LOCATION, in the old Charleston Forge building at 368 HWY 105 Extension.

If you’ve never shopped the Wee Cycle Sale, come early and often!  The premium items go fast, so get in there on Thursday when the sale opens to get the best choice of merchandise!

Wee Cycle Children’s Consignment August 19-28, 2010

It’s that time again!  Wee Cycle Children’s Consignment Sale is soon to be up and running, in a NEW LOCATION!  The sale will be located at 368 Highway 105 Extention (The Old Charleston Forge Building)!

If you are interested in consigning or volunteering with Wee Cycle, you can fill out the online form here. Volunteers and consignors get access to special pre-sale dates for first choices of the incredible selection, and consignors receive 60% of a his/her sales totals.

Ashe Kids Market Comes to Fleetwood

Consignment Season continues in the High Country! Ashe Kids’ Market is back for its second year in Fleetwood!  Kids’Market is a Spring/Summer Children’s Consignment Sale in Ashe County. The sale is located in the Old Fleetwood School across from the Fleetwood Volunteer Fire Department on Hwy 221 in Fleetwood, NC.

Move over Tonka and Matchbox…There’s a new Toy Maker in town! Times Past Toys, a locally owned business, is here to stay and bringing happiness to kids and adults of all ages with the nostalgic feel of durable, hand-crafted and hand-painted toys and products.

Terry and Keri Hamrick and their family have been in the High Country for 8 years, but have really concentrated on their Toy business for the past year. Several local businesses carry their products and a Tag attached to their Toys tells their story, endearing themselves to their customers. This is what it states:

“The Story Of Times Past Toys – Born out of vision over 20 years ago, we began designing and making toys, birdhouses, and other decorative items. Continuing to utilize God-given talent and ability, we create a unique, one-of-a-kind, kid friendly, hand-painted or stained product in hopes of bringing enjoyment for many years to come. Made in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, our promise to you is to “Create Yesteryear’s Products for Today’s Smiles”.

Along with selling toys, Terry makes Children’s Step Stools (such as a Puppy, Giraffe, and Turtle), Birdhouses, Baskets, Garden Stakes, and Yard Decorations, etc. Keri is in the process of getting her website going to promote her business called Heavenly Creations Decor, featuring Floral Arrangements, Wreaths, Decoupage Hat Boxes, and much more which can be seen currently on their website. New products and items are added often.

Each Season and Holiday, the Hamricks utilize their talents and giftings to create special and unique Gifts, Baskets, Flower arrangements and more.

As Valentine’s Day approaches, it is no exception! Terry and Keri have for purchase Valentine’s Baskets and Custom Flower Arrangements and would like to offer a Hand-Crafted, Hand-Painted Valentine’s Basket to fill with your heart’s desires, along with a Floral Arrangement within a mini Valentine’s Basket, all for one High Country Mom Squad Subscriber.
