Tasty Tuesday: All Things Pumpkin

Today a young woman I know confessed, “All I can think about is pumpkin! All I want to eat is pumpkin! It must be the time of year!” I totally agree. It IS pumpkin season. Everywhere I look, I see glorious deep orange pumpkins and I’m tempted to drool, just a little. Some of my favorite treats are made from pumpkin and I wanted to remind you of a few of them.

And this last recipe is not my own but one that I searched out today when I was brainstorming all my favorite pumpkin treats: Pumpkin Spice Latte!

  3. Pumpkin is my favorite most favorite food ever. If hubby or anyone else is to ever bring me a pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin bread or something related it makes me feel loved. 🙂

    • Hi Anna,

      Just last week I cooked three pumpkins while! I covered them with oil and stuck them in oven for a little bit over an hour or until my knife stuck through them like butter. Then I just peeled the outside off and let them cool and opened them up to scoop out the seeds. Yum! Super easy pumpkin!
