The Jones House Offers Music Lessons For Adults and Children

The Jones House will resume music lessons in July for two summer sessions and two fall sessions. Each session is 5-weeks, meeting on Thursdays at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, or 7:30 depending on the instrument and playing level. We will offer classes in fiddle, guitar, mandolin, banjo, mountain dulcimer, ukulele, and flatfoot dancing. Classes are offered from rank beginner through intermediate levels. There will also be some specialized classes, such as “finger-style guitar,” “how to accompany singing with guitar or banjo,” “bluegrass fiddle styles,” and “beginner guitar/ukulele for parent-child combos.”
