Watauga County Library Children Events July 13 – 17

Mark your calender for this week’s library events. It is sure to be fun and magical for everyone.

Monday – Friday at 11:00 am: Join in for a joyful celebration of children and their literature on the story steps. Stories, songs, rhymes and crafts are designed for ages 2 to 6.

Monday, July 13 at 11:30 am: Leo, a Burmese Mountain Dog, is a great listener and provides children with a sense of comfort while reading. Children can boost reading skill and confidence by reading to him. Please sign up, limited to three 15 minutes sessions.

Wednesday, July 15: Schiele Museum – Frog Dissection (At The Library)
***THIS PROGRAM REQUIRES REGISTRATION. Limited to 25 children, register at the children’s desk or call the library at 828-264-8784 ext. 3***

Thursday, July 16: Magic Show with Caleb Sigmon
This illusionist will entertain and astonish people of all ages! Come see this family-friendly show, and be assured that Caleb will not make your interest magically disappear. The magic begins Thursday, July 16th at 1:00 PM.
